"Catherine Jones : Edit : following my review, Optimal Print has credited my account with the amount I paid for the below item and some extra for the inconvenience. Very satisfied with their prompt response and actions to rectify the problem. Thanks, Optimal Print although I would advise you don’t use EVRI for your courier, they are notoriously useless and probably cost you money with the amount of parcels they misplace. I was meant to receive my order a week ago but it has not arrived. According to the tracker the item has supposedly been being processed in the EVRI hub all week. I have contacted EVRI who said they are looking into it but nothing has materialised. I have also emailed optimal prints on the only email I can find and I haven’t heard back.
