Better than officeworks and others. Purchased as a gift. Placed custom yugioh card on borders for gf and the card didn't get clipped out by the inner black lining. Enjoyed the interface making the mug too; guidelines on where the left/right/front of mug were for easy image placement. Will use again if I break my nerdy mugs.
